ProsThe first page is for personal Info~ includes doctor’s info, emergency contact; 2nd page explains BP ranges &, the 3rd page describes BP Categories. Great log book to take to your cardiologist or primary care doctor appointment. There are 4 spaces for each day to write down the upper/ lower blood pressures & 1 space for the heart rate. Notes section to write time you took medicine or pre/post exercise, etc. Handy book to organize and easily follow your BPConThe space provided to list medications is too small

BP record keeping is Great...
Great way to log your BP, I got two one for other half and one for me. Keeping track hels up as we an show our doctors time of day bp checked and on what dates the recordings were.
