this sauna belt is too short to cover both "Muffin tops" and back fat at same time
I will say this belt does cause extra sweating which in turn will cause some water and fat loss, but the size is way too short to include both waste and back fat cannot be addressed at the same time so only waist or back but not both at same time

Fits well
This belt is very comfortable and stays in place. It felt like a compression belt. I have not worn it when exercising, but I have worn it throughout the day and it is comfortable and not noticeable under my clothes.
