Tastes great, but contains maltodextrine
Maltodextrin is high on the glycemic index (GI), meaning that it can cause a spike in your blood sugar. I couldn't find ingredients on amazon, had to find that out elsewhere. I am diabetic so won't be buying again.

It's beets and taste like it. I have it in black coffee when I need a lift midday.

Inaccurate Labeling
The nutrition label in the listing shows 2 grams of carbs. The nutrition label on the actual product you receive shows 8 grams of carbs. This discrepancy may be insignificant for most people, but for those with diabetes or following a low carb or ketogenic diet this is not negligible for 10 grams of food.
