Bought stictly for the S.O.S function.
I had originally thought I would use the suction cup to put it on top of the motor, but the suction cup sux...not in a good way. If I should ever happen to need it, I'll zip-tie it to the boat hook and stand it up in a rod holder. (I honestly don't foresee ever needing it except to pass a FL Marine Patrol inspection!)

Great for boat
Easy to figure out all the features. Light weight and easy to store or use as flashlight. The suction cup will stick to most smooth surfaces. Good value and will serve as a good beacon on my boat if I need it.

this one didn't work. Not sure why. It looks like a good product, but it won't light.

Complete fail
So the suction cup is useless. I attached it to a clean and dry flat point and it fell off within 5 feet. Also while it might be water resistant it sinks like a rock! I did not even use this for 2min and it was a total loss! Here it’s is sinking!

Got as an anchor light on my boat
Got for my boat as an anchor light, it works great. Nice and bright, the magnetic pull is great, I have not used the suction part

Nice all in one light
I liked the light for ease of use on my kayak, however the suction/magnetic base wasn't the best for my application. I lost one of the two I purchased the first night out, and they don't float.

Cheaply made, would not buy again
Don’t recommend anyone buying it, the on off button doesn’t work too well and the magnet on the bottom side doesn’t stay on the light it’s came off during shipment

I appreciate the price
I do think this is a good product. I wish it was a bit brighter and a bit more solid. For the price it is what it is.
