Worth the premium price if you have flat feet
I have worn orthotics for years, after years in hockey skates my feet hurt in every pair of shoes I’ve tried. This is my second time purchasing these insoles and they are FAR SUPERIOR to even custom orthotics. They fit my running shoes, gym shoes, golf shoes, etc with no trimming. Almost immediately my foot and ankle pain went away. My old pair wore out after about 12 months of heavy use, and I had forgotten how amazing these really are. Worth the premium price! Also worth noting I did not need to mold them even though I have super flat feed. The med bump feels like a foot massage to the point im getting some indoor shoes so i can wear them all day.If you’re concerned about the price, I have found them to be worth it in terms of comfort, stability, and longevity.

A+
Wow, made a difference in my brooks graviotas. The stock insoles were lacking I guess. Much more supportive. Less aches and pains on the first day alone, will be ordering again I reckon 😁. Was afraid they would be stiff in a restrictive way, but not so. Easily trimmable.

Great insoles, especially for a high arch.
I love these insoles. I have a very high arch and these work well for me. I've also been wearing shoes that have a more natural toe box like Topo's and Altra shoes and the wide version fits these shoes perfectly. They can be put in the oven and molded to your foot, which works well. The ones with the black portion (red/black) last a long time, but the ones with the cork don't last very long. I've stopped buying the cork ones as after 300 miles, they break down and crack while the ones with the black last much longer and are still feeling new at 500 miles. I can't recommend the cork ones, but luckily they still make the red/black ones.

Orthotics
Good orthotics; good arch support.

Major help with Plantar Fasciitis for me !
Doctor said that I had Plantar Fasciitis but insurance would not cover orthotics, of course. I bought these and am pain free. Well worth the very high price.

Less Pain
My son has flat feet and these were recommended by the trainer at his school. We ordered them and followed the instructions online and within minutes had FANTASTIC insoles for his cleats and daily footwear. Since getting them my son has been released from PT, doesn't feel the pain in his joints he was experiencing and comments how nice they feel when wearing them. Now, I just need to get more for his other shoes.

Not right for my feet
I have extremely high arches, but I don't have any foot pain or anything; I just bought these to replace the inserts which are falling apart that came with my New Balance jogging shoes. The process of heating them in the oven and then molding them by standing with them in worked perfectly (I preheated the oven, and left them in for 5 min instead of 3). The problem for me is the hardness; they hurt my arches. With every step, I feel that hard, molded insert pressing against my arch. Maybe this is what you're supposed to feel? I guess if you're having plantar fascitis, and it hurts when your arch stretches down into that unsupported abyss, it's good to have a solid surface (like this insert) to stop it from overstretching, so that the entire foot has a solid surface to distribute its weight on. For my foot, though, which isn't used to that sensation, it's very uncomfortable. Sometimes when I put on my shoes, I discover that I'd left the previous sock balled up inside, and it slides into the open area of my arch and immediately starts pressing into it. I can't take more than a step or two like that. This is what it feels like having that hard arch support in there. These definitely feel well-made and of high-quality material, and I'm guessing that they would provide the support that some feet need. For me, though, who just needed another soft removable insert to replace the ones I have, this product isn't what I need.

4 stars because they are thick
these are the hard stiff orthotic high arch supports not the impact soles or super soft for casual wear. these are darn near medical grade stiffi used to wear redwing or Aetrex insoles and wanted to give these a shot. they remind me of the moldeable ones you get from there so that's good. the met pad is in the correct spot that's a plusyou can heat these up to break em in or mold to your feet or wear them heavily for a weeek maybe 2. im a 10.5-11 in jordan's adidas and nike but for skate shoes these days im 11-11.5 and bought an 11 size insole. no cutting required on 95% of the shoes the ones that were a bit short i just won't wear these with them.my only issue is with low tops, i have to tie my shoes tighter so my heel won't slip, these are thick and raise you out the shoe a bit, great for lower-mid tips, mid tops and high tops.
