I was surprised that the parchment paper size was perfect for the rectangle pan suggested. It could also be used on any cookie sheet to keep what you are cooking from spreading out.

This seems frivolous until you use one and note the ease of just dropping one into and over the crust. add the pie weights and you are good to go with getting a crust that is done and receives the filling.

I was searching for a true paper/disposable baking dish, in which to freeze and gift sourdough cinnamon rolls for Christmas gifts. I ordered these thinking they would do the trick. However, they are just pre-formed parchment paper liners for use in a baking dish to prevent the food from sticking to the sides of a 9x13 baking dish. Convenient, but not what I wanted. As a result, I will need to freeze the rolls in the parchment lined baking dish, then remove the frozen product, and then bag the rolls in the paper. The receiver of the rolls can pop that frozen item into a 9x13 baking dish and proceed. This product does the job of providing a non-stick surface to line a baking dish, though it isn’t what I was looking for. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I honestly don’t know if the parchment is truly non-stick. I’ve only frozen items in them, and have not baked anything in them yet.

The parchment sheets are nicely shaped and sturdy.

I love these. I crumple one up before placing in the shell to ease the fit. Works great. Very sturdy too!

I would have rated this product higher, but, because it arrived open and looking like it was a return, I returned it. It’s made to hold food.

Completely improves the cake baking experience! Even with nonstick pans, I've had issues removing cakes. These totally rectify that problem.These did fit a little lower in the 9x13 pan than I expected, so some edges of the cake were higher than the liner after rising. It still made the removal process much easier though.
