The media could not be loaded. My daughter and i really enjoyed putting this together. The instructions are clear. I really appreciated that there were extras of the fragile pieces, although we didn’t need them. We used some tweezers to pop out small or tricky pieces. We can’t wait to place this on our shelf!

I got this for my wife for Christmas. She loves Japan, the old-fashioned trains & sakura (cherry blossoms), so this was right up her alley. - lol. This is a quality kit. It is challenging & fun to build & the end product is simply beautiful. The LED lighting & mirror backdrop are nice touches. When she finished it, her eyes got big & she said, "Buy me another one...please!". Advice: It takes some time & patience to build this nook kit. Some pieces can be a little difficult to connect. Don't be afraid to use a little sandpaper & glue (both included). A toothpick & tweezers can be helpful. If you are good with crafts, you should do fine.

Very cute. A little frustrating to build at times but doable. Would be a great gift for a dedicated teenager or adult.

+ Very good manual for the assembly in different languages+ Illumination in Rolife models including this one is always the best - simply beautiful!+ Touch-based on/off switch for illumination without need to use on/off switch on the battery underneath the model.+ Accurate assembly notches to fit parts together.+ Beautiful details and great scene displayed in mirror.+ Very good electrical setup and step-by-step description how to connect and hide the wires.+ Final model looks much better than the image of the model on display.- Painting borders of parts in white: the paint is water soluble which make it easy to clean the brush, but it requires at least painting surfaces twice on wood to make it look white without streaks. Very time consuming process holding up the assembly of parts until the paint is dry.- Added paint brush is too small for many of the needed paint areas. I used bigger paint brush instead.- Glue pen is not the best to be used here. Instead I vested into some UHU glue which is much better to assembly wood, paper, and plastic parts when required.

Awesome build with plenty of challenges. It turned out great. I wish I could temporarily shrink myself to sit inside these cool book books!

This kit was beautifully designed and was a joy to assemble, and has resulted in a lovely and fun decorative display. The attention to detail is astonishing.The parts in the kit are small and very delicate, and it takes a great deal of care and patience to assemble, but that is exactly what I was looking for.

I bought this as a Christmas gift, definitely got a value for the price! This fits perfectly in between books and its super fun for kids and adults! the detail in this was incredible. Makes a great gift! If I had bookshelves I would definitely buy myself one.
