I like how it feels, but I think it's too thick or too firm to be memory foam but this pillow has cured my neck pain and I have been having better night sleep than with other pillows so I don't complain about that! It's not flat at all and if it is too flat they send a spare little bag with more filling so you can fill it up to your liking, the color is nice and white which helps me fall asleep better. I have gotten better sleep quality thanks to this pillow along with no more head pain or headaches during the day, and my pain has been relieved by this pillow!! It is a bit heavy to turn and toss it over but overall really great pillow! Oh and I forgot to add in: It does smell like memory foam chemicals but it's not bad at all, it's really faint and you can barely notice it unless you really lock into the smell then you will, it should resolve itself in a week or two!

Sleeping better now! I was using 2 imitation down pillows that I had to constantly fluff and flip because they got flat and hot. This one pillow was the right size to replaced them both and is cooler. I still have to flip it at least once a night, but I think replacing my microfiber pillowcase with a bamboo fiber one might help. This pillow is large and doesn’t fit a queen pillowcase. It is comfortable to sleep on for a stomach and side sleeper. It keeps my head and neck supported and I sleep well. It doesn’t go flat after being used for a while. It is a little heavy but that’s what I was looking for. I returns to its original shape every morning as soon as I get up. It does have a smell when you first open it, it dissipated relatively quickly. I opened it in the morning and by bedtime the smell was not really noticeable but you could probably put it in the dryer with a dryer sheet if it bothered you.

If you are a side sleeper with neck problems, get this pillow. It will help with your neck pain. Hands-down the best support pillow I have tried. I have purchased the contoured pillows for side sleepers and always felt a gap in where it should support my neck, this pillow fills that gap. Also comes with a bag of extra shredded memory foam.

I bought these and love them. I do not sweat, nor does my hubby, at night now. We are tummy sleepers and sometime side or back sleepers and we have no problem adjusting. We have been able to adjust them by taking out foam and adding extra. After about 6 months, I added more foam. The cover washes up really easily.

I like the pillow as it does have a cooler side and one can adjust it. However, it didn't work for me as I am a side sleeper. When I went to bed, the pillow would be fluffed up but the next morning, I'd wake up with a terrible neck ache. This has been going on for a couple weeks. I attempted to add foam and remove foam but couldn't find the right amount so decided to return the pillow. It probably would work well for back sleepers I suspect.

I’ve been having neck pain recently, and this pillow has made such a difference. It provides excellent support for my neck and helps me sleep more comfortably through the night. I wake up feeling much less stiff and sore. Highly recommend it for anyone dealing with neck or shoulder tension!

We adore these pillows!! One side is warming, one is cooling. I like a super flat pillow so I removed 2/3 of the stuffing and it’s glorious. I’ve never slept so well!
