I am on my fourth bottle of tablets since last December and as an 80 year old woman with declining energy levels and joint pain, these tablets have made me more alert, increasing my energy levels enabling me to get more exercise daily, leading to a better sleep pattern. Would recommend.

Great value for money given the size of the pack, would cost more in highstreet shop or health store.No unpleasant taste & easy to swallow. Package/bottle was easy to open but securely closed so contents secured.Very quick delivery.Were bought to aid with MS fatigue, but person who took them for 2 months did not find them of any benefit sadly so will not purchase again.They may well benefit others with not so specific needs & I felt they were a very good purchase.

I have been taking this supplement for a few years now and it certainly gives me an energy boost. As someone in their 50s, finding a good quality COq10 supplement is very important that also has Glutathione which helps my liver. If I forget to take this, I definitely notice the difference!
