Great product

I bought these at the recommendation of my lactation consultant. I was struggling to produce to say the least and I was at my wits end. I tried fenugreek before this and I took it only one day and it started to tank my already abysmal supply. It took the moringa about a week to see results but I went from pumping 3-5 oz a day at best to now pumping over 20 oz a day. It also helped that I started pumping every three to four hours. In each pump session I range from 3.5-to almost 5 oz from each breast. I've been able to freeze some supply and I'm able to have a day supply on rotation so what I pump the day before I use the next day and keep that up. I take 12 caps a day at the recommendation of my lactation consultant so a bottle only lasts me 7.5 days. I had to work my way up to taking that many because it did cause me a lot of gas in the beginning but now I dont have the gas as much as I did. Always best to consult a professional. As far as another benefits I'm not sure of honestly. I'm a tired FTM who is very happy to have a supply that can feed my little one without using formula. My other advice is drinks lots of water and throw in a body armor as well to help with electrolyte balance!

Love how this Moringa in capsulated with 11k mg of Moringa,, I take it first thing in the morning. I am more focused and do not feel tired the rest of the day.. (replaces my coffee intake).. I am hoping this moringa will have the same health benefits as the I used to take as powder mix (ZIJA).. This Moringa is much more affordable than the other brand..

Have only used this for a couple weeks. Seems to help with sleep. Please note the Capsules are Very large and not easy to swallow. I open the capsule and put the Powder in yogurt.

Moringa itself I feel is very beneficial to the body. I have arthritis in my knees and lower back. It has removed them. Before I bought this brand, I used another brand (1000) MG pill I bought from my local store.This brand did no more difference than the cheap brand I brought at my local store. It still maintained what I did before but it had no added benefit from the 1000 MG pill I bought before.This 50:1 extract ratio seems deceptive to me. I thought it was the powder with some kind of moringa extract oil in it but, when I researched it that didn't seem to be the case.It claims that the powder concentration is equivalent to so many grams of the leaves but when I weighed the pill it wasn't even 1000 MG. To me, it didnt seem to have the 11000 MG claim this pill has.My conclusion is you can buy a good quality moringa capsule and still get the same effect that these so called high potency pills claim.I didn't feel a difference in this pill vs the cheaper one. I took a full bottle of this supplement 90 pills to be exact.

Definitely what is advertised, works great I take every morning and feel amazing all day.
