Bad experience
Bad experience.Device is unusable unless you buy software to make it work, and the manufacturer will not sell the software directly to you. For our company, we must rely on a vendor who sells us these scanners with the appropriate software installed and hope they will "unlock" ours.

Can't use without annual Subscription Software
Must buy idscan software with a monthly or annual fee. No Software included. Scanner still sitting on the next not being used. Scanner looks nice though.
