Recently bought the phone case I got the original headset for the phone I plugged the headset in but it’s not showing the symbol that headset connect

I too had this problem, I couldn't have my headphones (original) plugged in to the case and for them to connect and still work. Unfortunately I had to either have the case off and listen to headphones, but I didn't want to risk damaging the connections so I went ahead and purchased some Bluetooth enabled headphones and they work well. One thing I have to say about this case is mine gets really hot when charging my phone from the case. Whether that's just my case being damaged over time just thought id let you know. All the best. Hey, how long should it take to fully charge the battery case? Not sure if it's broken but it never seems to reach full battery capacity

It should take up to 2 hours to fully charge but before you charge the phone you must charge the charger

Can you stick a magnet to the back of the case?

because the charging box capacity is high, the strength of the magnet is not too strong . Thank you for your advice.
