Delicious!!! I like spicy food and the spicy packet definitely pushes me to my limits but it's so delicious!! I have to purchase ramen that is gluten free so I've been looking everywhere for a flavor packet to go with my rice noodle ramen and this is so great! I also use it when I stir fry rice noodles, I add the powder for flavoring to my stir fry. Very versatile and delicious!

this is so good! it tastes just like the shin ramen soup base. i’ve made it with water, onion soup, and chicken broth and it’s amazing all 3 ways. it’s one packet to half a cup of water so for anyone saying it doesn’t taste like anything, it’s user error.

I wanted to make quick ramen noodles when we go camping without the heinous amount of sodium in most flavor packets. These have single digit amounts of sodium and came in single serve packets, so I thought I’d give them a try. I used a square of Lotus Foods millet and rice ramen that I get in bulk at Costco. The first test, I cooked some baby spinach with the noodles, cracked a raw egg into the mild broth and whip it a few times, then added diced leftover pork chop. I tried the spicy version the second time with a jammy boiled egg and some vegetables I fermented myself stirred in at the end. I can totally see myself using these up before we leave on our trip! They make a great addition to a quick lunch or solo dinner.The spicy broth has a little kick, but not painful. If you dislike spicy foods, you will dislike this, there is definitely some red pepper present. But if you are ok with a little hot sauce on your burrito, this will be fine.

They are made by a dubious factory in Korea. The quality is odd with MSG type of slimey after taste.I also bought another soup powder, from Ottogi, and that is authentic, sold by the same authentic ramen company. But, this one, just heavy, not the satisfying size for a half-mug cup size boiling water, even.Too $$$ and odd tastes is what I got. Amazon does not accept the return of any type of the food, even it is sealed. That is another betraying conflicting return policy.

Disappointing...these don't taste like much
