This little guy was a Mother's day gift. He's cute and fun little addition to my potted garden. He is made of resin so he's quite sturdy, the lights a very bright. However, if he doesn't get sun all day, he doesn't stay lit more than a couple of hours. There is no assembly, just turn him on and set him in the sun. Do I think he was worth as much as was paid for him? Let's put it this way, I would not have purchased him for myself. ;)

My mom loved her Christmas gift. It works really well and sits perfectly in her garden or on her back deck depending on her mood. The lights work well as long as it gets adequate sunlight. Very pretty when lit up.

Not water resistant at all.. within a week lights stopped working as solar panel not sealed well, was sitting on concrete pedestal out doors so not immersed in water. I took the panel out and dried it with hair dryer and resealed with clear RTV. Lights still don’t last more than 4 hrs despite being in Florida

Got this as a gift for my mother-in-law for her garden. The colors are bright at night and the shell looks cute. It makes the garden feel a little homey with the other gnomes around. It has a solid and sturdy build. You can tell that a lot of care and detail was put into it. Definitely worth the price.
