Idk why it said for the “whole family “ in the listing because on the bottle it does not mention a kids dosage . I mean I guess you could just give out to the “whole “ family but I’d recommend not giving a non adult 5 beans unless you want them out like a light but scared for life due to night terrors . So a little bit of melatonin is fantastic to help you sleep but if you cross the line and take more then you need , well it messes with your dreams and it’s vivid and terrifying in ways you do not want unless you don’t like who ever you gave the melatonin to . I mean if you dislike somebody give ‘em a lil extra melatonin and I guarantee they will have a terror filled night of obscure dreams . If you just want to go to sleep I’d say take 3-5 max of 5 and only if your an adult sized human . Tiny humans might need 1-2 medium tiny humans max of 3 blue magic dream jelly beans . Anything more then that and your gonna have a wild night and not wild in a good way kinda wild . The kinda wild night dreaming about things that give you white hair and make you happy to wake up .Go easy on these and it’s fantastic , just like everything in life , moderation is key !Great if used right , not so great if used wrong. It’s Chill bro. Great deal on them , and I almost forgot to mention they actually taste good so you need to hide them or at least tell kids if they get in them they might not like what they see when they fall asleep . It’s the truth tho , I’m not sure how else to make a kid understand melatonin jelly beans are not candy. Ok yeah that is all I got to say about these .fantastic product . I don’t like the texture of gummies, so this format is perfect for me. I like that you can alter the dosage by taking between one and five at a time. I like that they are consistently effective and don’t take long to work. I’ve gone through my first bottle and am buying another now. I highly recommend these for relaxing and effective sleep.

Use these for our 11 year old and they work great. I have used them a few times also and they get me to fall asleep quickly.

I decided to buy these to try a different brand of melatonin and also since they claimed to have other herbals in them. I usually take 5-10 mg melatonin when needed. I took these at 15 mg nightly for a wee and no help in my sleep cycle. I went back to usual brand and I was out like a light within 30 minutes! The taste is fine but I doubt the quality or dosage! Very expensive placebo jelly beans. Do not buy these! They do not work.I would give zero stars if I could!

These are all just plain sweet jelly beans! These did not work and we tried them to see if they would work, more or less curious since it was like hard candy.

Works like a charm with no side effects.
