I put them in the back of the cupboard so my hubby won't gobble them down in a day. They are that good. The fennel seems to freshen breath and also aid my digestion. A teaspoon is a nice little treat after a meal.

This candy is delicious and is great for after dinner! It also gives me a little bit of a boost of energy!Leaves a nice licorice flavor in your mouth!

Definitely tastes exactly like licorice like everyone is saying. My container actually arrived broken open a little (at no fault to the seller I’m sure). The container was so full it could barely hold it all. I was surprised they definitely didn’t skimp on the product and that gets a big thumbs up from me. The candy is very pretty and even seems to help my stomach.

These seeds are so good! I bought some to help limit my snacking (2 tablespoons last a long time if you choose to suck on them for a bit), especially at 15 calories a tablespoon. However, a serving size is 5 grams which is about .2 ounces. There are about .5 ounces in a tablespoon (for sugar) meaning that each tablespoon is actually around 37 calories. A teaspoon is actually closer to the 15 calorie count rather than the tablespoon. They are well worth it!!

This is my second Saunf purchase from amazon. The first had a secondary flavoring added, perhaps rose? It was tasty enough but not what I wanted. This version appears to be strictly Fennel, Sugar, and colorant.Tasty and good value!

It's crunchy and sweet and good. Seems to be good quality. The container is huge and will last a long time!

Idk if I should buy these again cus I had them with me at my work desk and I couldn't stop eating them haha theyre addictive! They have a pleasant crunch and mild sweetness.
