Freshcap Ultimate is a really great product. I’ve been using this blend of mushrooms for about two weeks and I love it. My immunity seems to be better, my wife had a cough with infection but I didn’t get sick which is amazing cause I always caught it in the past.My mood is definitely better and the Freshcap Ultimate provides a smooth energy lift which I can feel and I perform throughout the day much better.I wasn’t prompted to write this review, the Freshcap Ultimate makes me feel so much better I chose to write this review on my own. I usually never leave reviews for products, but this one really stood out to me. I reached out to Tony from Fresh Cap for an answer to a question. I was impressed and grateful for his quick and precise response. No smoking mirrors with this company! He answered me honestly and genuinely, and the conversation felt real, unlike some of those automated response emails you get back from other companies.That was just one aspect that impressed me about Fresh Cap. The other aspect was the actual product itself. I can tell Tony and his team have put a lot of research, care, and effort into bringing the consumers a fine quality, medicinal mushroom supplement, whether it be in powder or capsule form. I've tried several other mushroom teas before and they have either tasted pretty funky or given my guts some issues. The Fresh Cap THRIVE supplement powder does neither one of those things. Instead, it makes my body feel great, it enhances my mood, and it tastes so wonderful! I bought this and the Hero blend two weeks ago. I have a very demanding schedule and compete in boxing. So, mental stress and physical stress abound.I'm not expecting this to fix my schedule and make everything better. I'm hoping to give my body and brain a nutrient boost and hopefully last longer. Not sure how that will be measured...if I live to be over 100 they can write on my headstone: It was the 'shrooms.The packaging could be better. I feel with the pouch form and ziploc closing that I don't get a good seal on it, and each time I open it there is a fine little dust cloud that poofs up.The taste is alright. I actually avoid mushrooms in my food as I detest their slimy texture and taste. LOL - jokes on me, now relying on my nemesis to bring me to a higher level. This tastes very earthy as they say, with a slight slight hint of chocolate. I say like chocolate dirt, or dirty chocolate. I don't mind it in my coffee or protein smoothies (almond milk, vanilla protein powder, Nested Naturals greens powder, frozen berries, chia and now this).When I put this in coffee, I'm very glad for the little electric whisk I bought off Amazon a while back. This powder does not mix well in coffee without it. In my coffee I use collagen powder, Thrive 6 powder, almond milk creamer, and mct oil.As for health benefits, I'm still evaluating that. I think these things need patience. I do need to note that I have been suffering from tennis elbow for a few months, and it isn't bothering me as much lately. Not sure if it's the new supplement but will post an update in a month.

gret product, great price

So this is my 2nd time purchasing the product. I got my first 1 in November and ordered the 2nd 1 a few days ago and received it today. So it last a month but I share it with my sister every day so you can get to months use for 1 person. We both started feeling it start working on our energy levels at about the 3rd week mark. I feel clearer in my mind and have more energy throughout the days. It muzes best for me in hot liquids. So I put 1 scoop in my black coffee in the morning and stir. I suggest when you are close to the end of your drink w/mushroom supplement you give it another stir so you can make sure you get the whole dose in you last sip. If not it a lot of the powder will stay on the bottom of your glass. I highly recommend this product. Might seem pricy but it's healthy for you.

I changed from another popular brand to this. Let me tell you its great! It mixes with my coffee completely. No grittyness. Great taste. I have energy all day and I am much calmer.

Tastes alright, though have to keep stirring it while drinking. Don't know if there is any benefit from it, because I have not seen anything.
