How do you test that the steering lock alarm is working?

You hear a beep when you lock the item on the wheel, it is then activated. After a few seconds you will see the red light flashing.

Can this lock be opened with a tool or a similar type key to open the lock?

I don’t think so. This lock is super sturdy and the keys would be very difficult to copy, I am very satisfied with it.

Can someone tell me what batteries are required TIA

Triple aaa batteries This looks so slick in my car modern and the alarm is loud great buy

How do you reset if the alarm goes off accidentally

If you’ve fully opened and closed it, it shouldn’t go off accidentally. If this issue persists, I suggest you return and replace it as it may be faulty. I’ve bought four of them and have never had a problem.
