My family have said best thing we have bought in years! Easy to assemble, quality sturdy materials. Performance is great for a hand held, height and weight is well balanced - whiz round the house in no time at all. Whilst we have no pets we have problems with hair shedding from our daughters - who have long hair. Cleaning the roller is super easy compared to my electric leading brand machine. Surprised at how effective the filter is, which sounds insignificant but only after a couple of uses it needed cleaning. The tools are compact - like the bag that comes with. Packaging was super efficient. Allbeit the small brush nearly ended up in the recycling as I did not see it hidden in the box fold. Really thrilled with the machine overall. I think the electric machine is now going to be gathering dust!

I got this vacuum primarily for small, occasional cleaning including clearing up after pets and cleaning our cars and it ticks all of the boxes for those jobs! Out of the box you immediately see and feel the quality of the build. It is not flimsy at all, despite it's light weight. The size makes it perfect to store in a cupboard without taking up the room my old vacuum did and the weight (or lack of) is great. I have arranged the wall mount and charger inside the cupboard so it is always handy and ready to go. However, I am really impressed with the free standing option and not really using the mount. I have found the adding and removal of tools really quick and easy, this makes it ideal for cleaning around cars where I need to keep switching to the long crevice tool for between seats and narrow spaces. The most impressive tool for me is the mini power nozzle - I can scoot around sofa and chairs with this quickly and effectively to remove fine animal fur. Probably a niche requirement but this has also proven really effective to remove annoying dandelion seed 'fluff' from my car soft top. A major buying factor for me! In summary, a good quality, easy to use and versatile vacuum that is very well priced.

I’ve had this Hoover 6 months & given up. Poor battery life & suction. Not good for pets at all, barely picks anything up. I spent more time repairing it and emptying than actually hoovering. The plastic cylinder to hold the dust also breaks easy. Ok if you don’t have a pet & no carpets maybe. I’ve since bought a Samsung and it works 100% better. The guy who commented saying good if your pet is a goldfish was spot on! 1 star as I like the colour

Very easy to use out of the box after a 2 hour battery charge . I checked all the parts while charging and looked through the book. Checked I could take the dust bin on and off which is fiddly but worked it out . I vacuumed just yesterday quite late with my powerful old meile cat and dog . I tested this hoover around my 1 bed flat today and it filled up with my dogs short hair and dust pretty quickly . It is much quicker to do the whole flat . Also vacuumed the sofas too with the hand held soft attachment . Emptied easily and used the brush to get out trapped dust . The floor brush bar is clear, usually my old one gets caught with hair after one vacuum. I can see me using this daily to wizz round and my old miele I will be sad to see leave but I dont see any need for it now . It will do someone a good turn for many years I am sure . For a relatively cheap cordless vacuum I highly recommend this, its powrful on carpet or turbo mode and standard mode works great in my kitchen and hard floors .It stands upright easily to charge or you can charge separately. I can even store it it a small hidden nook in the kitchen which frees up cupboard space. It's very hygienic. Overall very happy with this. It will save me time and keep my home cleaner 😊

This vacuum cleaner is not aimed for households where abundant amounts of dirt or debris are generated on a daily basis (e.g. lived in by several children or pets). However, for the average 2 or 3 person dwelling, it's ideal. It is very lightweight, compact, easy and intuitive to use, store and recharge the batteries. The size of the dirt container is adequate and in line with the size of the machine, same as the suction power.Overall, very pleased with the purchase.
