This item works like a dream. My daughter had really bad diaper rash - much worse than it had ever been. We had used Desitin normally, but it wasn't doing a thing. Her rash was really raw, and after some research we had read that this was better - the ingredients other than the main ingredient in all of the diaper creams were much more natural and skin-friendly. Use of this cleared up her rash in 2 days after 2 weeks of constant Desitin not working. It has now become our go-to.
