After days of research, we decided on the LUTEC 1000 Lumen Outdoor Porch light w/dawn to dusk capabilities. This is one sturdy porch light. It’s all aluminum design with the seeded glass looks fantastic and adds an elegant touch to our front porch. We definitely love the workmanship and the thickness of the seeded glass. Both arrived well protected in their shipping boxes which contained everything I need to install it today on my front porch. It took me about 40 minutes to install each light which was great. Definitely worth the price!

We got this light after we had our house updated and repainted. Before we updated the light the front of the house and porch were always dark. Now that we installed the light my porch and walkway are brightly lit. I feel safer walking up to a brightly lit door. The seller was great the first one we got was cracked and we got a replacement very quickly. I’m very happy that we bought this light

Light is just as expected. It’s beautiful and the lighting color is warm.

Got this to replace an old outdoor sconce light at my mom's place. I was skeptical of replacing a really bright dusk til dawn bulb that produced more lumens. But once I installed it and it automatically turned on as the sun went down, I was overly impressed. The light itself is on the heavier side. Luckily I had a 4' x1' cardboard box that was just about the right size, to hold up the light, while I connected the wires. I had a heck of a time due to tight constraints, I was only able to screw one of the two bolts that attach the light frame to the fixture. However, it's actually quite solidly held in place, when I tried to apply pressure. I'm only giving 4/5 stars, because I just don't know about the longevity of the product and how long it'll last. I try to give my most accurate assessment as I can, as so many people just rave about a product and 12 months later that product fails. Hopefully I'll remember to follow up in a year and then maybe increase it to 5. Really attractive design though. It really produces a good area of light, so much better than the old light.

I bought 2 boxes of these, total 4. I installed 2 of them and let me tell you installing this thing is not an easy job, you definitely need a 2nd person to help you because the leads are a bit short and there is no way to "hang" it while you are working on it. I managed to get them installed without incident, but there is also an issue with the backing of these. It's mostly exposed, so you definitely need to waterproof it by sealing around and install it on a flat surface. I bought plastic mounts to make my wall perfectly level and then installed. Then there is an issue with the glass, one of them cracked on the side after I tightened the screw that goes on the mounting bracket. It was still loose so i didn't over tighten it, just enough so it wouldn't wobble, but few seconds after I was done, I heard a crack.I was hoping I could at least swap the glass from one side to another, but that's not possible either.For the price, they are fine, bright enough, and personally I like the color temperature, it's really nice and not like a parking lot feel, just don't expect you can service it, I really hope LEDs last long because I had to put a lot of time into these to get them installed just right.
