My husband wears a size 36 pants and it fit fine, but it has velcro and can be adjusted. Maybe 2 or 3 more sizes.

Q: My question is:I want to know if a person with the following measurements fits the brace for the left? The waist 45.06 hip 50.00 and thigh 24.08

It would be a very snug fit. I got this for my dad and it was just a tad too small for him. The waist belt is approx 45.75" and the thigh belt is approx 25". Being so snug may not be very comfortable.
