Nice Kit, Reasonable price. 12 years on Whirlpools Duet dryer before needed, Not bad for 4 people. Interestingly, the Rear Drum bottom roller was the noisy culprit WITH the dryer belt idler pulley ! Needed new belt and drum rollers and idler pulley. Quiet now.

Fit perfectly, entire kit went on in around 15 minutes. Dryer is so much quieter. Will extend life of my 1996 dryer another 5 years.

Order shipped with the correct parts, parts fit the dryer I bought them for, and dryer runs smoothly and quietly. I'm very happy with the quality, we have been using the dryer daily for months with no issues whatsoever....

Had a bad idler arm on an 7 year old Whirlpool Dryer M/N WGD7500GWO. Figured that since I was taking the dryer apart, might as well replace the belt and rollers as well. So I bought a separate idler arm and then bought the kit to get the rollers and belt and figured I would have a spare idler arm for the future). After replacing the idler arm, belt and rollers, both the rollers and belt immediately started to emit a skunk-like smell as soon as they got heated up from the dryer drum. Since I saved the original rollers and belt, put the old ones back in and everything was back to normal. Am returning the kit.

They have been in use for roughly 6 months and they are already failing. The original part in my dryer lasted roughly 9 years; but this part is sqealing and making a horrible racket after only 6 months. And to be honest the wheels made more background noise even when first installed (I assumed a difference in materials from Original Manufacturers part). If you're just looking to limp along your machine and need a less expensive option, you might consider these. If you are looking to fix a part on your machine that had worn out in order to extend its life; I would recommend an OEM part... 😕UPDATE:Even after nearly 6 months since the return window closed for my purchase. This vendor reached out and offered a full refund because I wasn't satisfied. WOW! This particular purchase didn't work for my needs; but the customer service seems Above And Beyond! I would say it wouldn't hurt to give them a try. I would consider this vendor for my next repair project. I'm upgrading my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

This saved us so much money! My dryer was making horrible noises and we were about to replace it when my husband decided to watch a video on how to repair it. The price for this kit was unbeatable so we decided to give it a try, before buying a new one. It was a little cumbersome to take apart the dryer and put it back together but replacing the parts was actually very easy. Took us less than 4 hours total, including moving it and the extra time to vacuum and clean the interior before putting it back together. There were 4 drum rollers in the kit, but 5 in my (compatible) dryer so we crossed our fingers and hoped that we replaced the right ones. Everything else was a perfect fit and match. For less than $25 my dryer (6 years old) works like new, the sound is gone, and I am happy! Excellent product!

Poor quality. I bought this kit a little more than a year ago, installed it a little less than a year ago. The idler pulley has already failed. Fortunately I did not throw away the 2nd pulley included with the kit, so I am now using it. (Did they know something?) Anyway, we'll see how long it and the rest of the parts last? I guess it is true: You get what you pay for.....
