I must admit i was sceptical but having now taken the first pack (2 per day - I never remembered to take the midday dose!) I am definitely noticing a difference. Only waking once a night and lasting longer before needing the loo when out and about. The only deterrent is the price. Jude could cut down a lot on their fancy packaging and keep the cost of the actual product down.

I am really cross and disappointed with Jude, it states no side effects perfectly safe, after paying out for this product and using it for over a month I find out, only by chance that as I’m on thyroxine for low thyroid I shouldn’t be taking Jude, now I read all the details about what was in it and nowhere did it say it couldn’t be taken with thyroxine, I had a stroke in 2023 and I was beginning to feel not well and was worrying it was due to the stroke , thenrealised after reading by chance on Facebook that you can’t take it if you take thyroxine!. So not only have I wasted my money, been disappointed,I’ve made myself ill. You should alter your information on this product when advertising.extremely remiss of you. C Read

I bought these after I got really fed up of my life revolving around my bladder. I was so tired of not being able to go anywhere above 30 minutes from home, choosing places to eat not by reviews but by proximity of the toilets and the amount of times I needed to get up to empty my bladder during the night. I was a little cynical as I've tried one tablet after another but I saw the ad's and watched Dragons den so thought I'd give it a go and it helped me a lot. It took a while to start working but I was more than happy with the results and it gave me a lot of freedom and sleep back.The only downside I have is the cost and I do wish it could be provided on the NHS as I've read of people on their Facebook page who just cannot afford it but if you can afford to please give this a go, you'll be glad you did.

I think they are quite expensive , but wanted to give them a try. Unfortunately they didn’t work. I think probably the soy … but a pity really, they had good reviews.

It’s only been a few days literally using this product, & the urinary urge has reduced significantly throughout the day. Early days yet, but a good sign moving forwards that possibly after a couple months, the sudden urges May disappear completely. 🎉🎉I’ve also noticed from early onset, INFACT day one, I fell asleep for a lot longer, & only got up once to use the toilet. 🤗🤗

No longer is my first thought when I go out - "where is the nearest loo". No longer do I feel guilty about the number of panty liners being used on a daily basis - was up to 4 per day but now only 1 and for when I go out of the house. I can take my dog out for a walk and I don't have to wonder if I'm going to make it home in time. Brilliant product and has changed my life.

Tried these for 7 months, took daily every day, persevered as was really hoping for some results. Stopped the subscription now as have seen very little difference and for the price it just wasn’t worth it.
