The media could not be loaded. This little machine is incredible! Super easy to set up & connect especially as someone who is not very technically minded. The little bot worked its way around my flat & cleaned all the floors in no time. This is great for me, as I have 3 cats. I was hovering every day & although I will still have to hover every other day for areas like sofas & corners this little bot keeps everything staying nice. Takes its self back to the charging station when its finish. I have a cordless vacuum that used more bath power. So after mapping my flat & hovering it all, it still has 50% charge. I am really impressed with the suction on the hover, it pulls plooms of cat hair into it & does just blow them around. Its only day one but I am super happy, for someone who hovers regularly this little bot got much more off the floor than I expected.

Having owned a Robotic Vac for approx 15 years. My first was a Neato Pet and it was simple to use, set up and cleaned well. As a connoisseur of vacuum cleaners, I have tried and tested many and am sad to say All Progress is not Good. I have tried and returned approx 7 robotic ones. Each model becomes less reliable than the previous model in my experience. This vac has to rate as the very worse. After the first failed to complete one room clean without battery failing, the second would not even charge up. I don't understand so many videos of so many models of robot vacs with glowing reviews. Mmm!I am all for the simple life and therefore want a simple vacuum that I can switch on, place in the room of choice, leave connecting doors open press the Clean button and it cleans well navigating each room, returning to its base station to charge and then continue to clean from where it left off. As I choose not use a smart phone for many reasons an App type vac is of no use to me. Like I said the simpler an item is the less to go wrong. Also, what happens when we go to 5G these robots will not work and so more rubbish to the landfill.Sadly after so many years of robotic vacuum cleaners I have decided I will do without and use my uprights from now on. At least I will get more exercise.

I did quite a bit of research on robot vacuum cleaners before going ahead with this purchase. We have four children in our household and regularly have to get the vacuum cleaner out to tidy up after them, so this purchase was to help with this and it certainly does that. Once it was out of the box, it was very easy to setup by downloading the app and following the simple instructions to connect to the network and to get the cleaning started. It is very pleasing watching it covering every inch of floor and working its way around the house.

This machine took a while to understand. The booklets and instructions are largely incomprehensible. The app is much better.Haven't used the mopping function at all. It's not silent, you do hear it as it moves about.Set it off downstairs. You need to clear the rubbish off the floor, otherwise you're preventing it working. Open all the doors, so that it can map each room. Then let it go to see what it does.I empty the collection bin each time, as its full!!!It seems to go into a trance sometime for no reason, but otherwise unless it gets stuck or tangles with a rug, it just beavers away cleaning, so you don't have to.After a couple of weeks doing the ground floor, I've now moved it upstairs. I've learnt how to set up a no go area, so it won't fall down the stairs.So far, so good.It's a great bit of kit for the price!Update.I loved it so much I bought one for each of my 3 kids and one for my parents.Great idea - except, the one for my son was a dud.Two red lights flashing and didn't charge.Returned it - thankyou Amazon.Ordered a second.Two red lights flashing and didn't charge.Returned it - thankyou Amazon.Ordered a third - that came yesterday.Two red lights flashing and didn't charge.With a heavy heart I am going to return it - and order a different make.Each of the units has been brand new, from a new box, and whilst it will go through all of its initial functions and link to the internet, it won't charge and it won't update the firmware - so it won't vacuum.Soooo disappointed.

Love the vacuum. Compared it to different vacuums and I always come back to this. Easy to control, easy app and for the price does an amazing job at cleaning. Leaves hoover traces on my carpet. Absolutely love my product :) one thing to improve would be customer service. Only one way to resolve any issue is to return the item :( I have bought it several times and had to return it and now give up there’s always an issue in the beginning or a few months later. This product has potential but needs work

The media could not be loaded. Not good, but in principle it copes with its task. It's worth the money. The floors wash well. The charge doesn't last long. The charge is only enough for one room

The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t too sure that this would work very well but thought I’d order it and if rubbish return it. It is a fantastic bit of kit, suction is very effective, it has cleaned and mopped our floors really well and is perfect because we have a dog - app easy to use and program a schedule - it’s mapping is very clever and it vacs all the edges first - highly recommend and for the price it can’t be beaten
