I take 80 mg at bedtime, all the "senior moments" are gone. Worked for me in one day.

They work quickly and well. It was well worth the money compared to other out there. There's not much taste at all so that a major plus. The only downside is they don't really dissolve at all. They are hard and when you chew them, which you will because they won't dissolve, it's a very gritty texture that doesn't feel great to swallow.

Bought for the price as we really like our dissolvable melatonin, and if you're looking for a higher MG, you can't go wrong here. They don't dissolve as fast as others- almost more like a hard candy- but works just the same with good taste/ flavor.*However* if you're taking 20mg melatonin on a daily basis, do a little research bc trials have shown that the effects/benefits kind of peak (if not MORE effective) at lower doses/5mg. This much should really be used to reset/adjust circadian rhythm, as w really all melatonin. Essentially, youll take it and sleep great, but you'll still want/need a full 8hr sleep cycle, so I recommend taking it 8 hrs before you have to get up to avoid that groggy sleep hangover feeling.

We normally purchase Carlyle's 40 mg flavored chewables but they were unavailable. These were doable but not chewable with denture's. We reordered Carlyle's 12 mg . They dissolve quickly to work faster.

Yup, the bad reviews are right on this one. Too hard, doesn't fast resolve, taste like hot garbage. I didn't see any review on this, but it also has a awful aftertaste.

the dosage is great, flavor also great, and it is absorbed easily. I will definitely buy it again. I have purchased other brands, timed released, gummies, but this is my top choice now
