Inaccurate and unreliable: Don't trust this digital shipping scale!
I purchased this digital shipping scale hoping for accuracy and efficiency, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. Not only does it consistently provide inaccurate readings, but it also lacks reliability. I've encountered numerous instances where the readings fluctuate wildly, making it impossible to trust the results. Save yourself the frustration and money by avoiding this unreliable product.

Requires 1.5V not 1.2V AAA Batteries | Excellent Customer Service
You will get "Lo" error and the unit promptly shuts down if you insert 1.2V AAAs (most AAA batteries at the time of review are 1.2V). Make sure your batteries are 1.5V AAAs (more expensive and designed to work for larger draw electronics). A set of one time use batteries are included with the purchase but for replacements, think about investing in rechargeable batteries. The batteries tend to get drained rather quickly.Superb performance. It eliminates the issue of not being able to see the weight readings when you place a large package on the scale. It is essential to be able to remove the weight display, place it anywhere and then you can accurately weigh anything. It is far better than a typical scale with built in display.Also, it can easily dub as as your typical weight scale used to measure your own weight. You do not need a 2nd scale with non-removable display.Excellent responsive customer service.
