What is the diameter of the seat stem?

The seat itself comes with a standard size seat clamp for mounting , I call this a old style set up - is adjustable for angle and also is removable for the newer style rail mount that most bike sold now have . It is delivered with new or old mounting included .

does this product have a light?

Does the seat have a hole for a bike seat stem? I can't quite tell.

Yes it does. I just put it on my daughter's bike.

Is there a way to take away the friction? sand it down, spray silicone spray maybe? It keeps grabbing on fabric

Hi there and thank you for the interesting question. As far as I have been using the seat just once I have that problem and it was with a particular fabric. adidas pants. if I was you probably try saddle soap but first apply on the bottom and see the effect.best wishes.
