Perfect dosing. Noticeable improvements in wellbeing and very good value for money. Will be getting again.

And I will continue to buy. Works out better value for money than other brands.This works very subtly. I didn't notice it was working until I stopped using it for a few weeks and felt a little off, started this again & started to feel better again.It makes me more mentally relaxed or you could say content with myself. It also sharpens my vision.Will continue to take daily.

Great value prduct
Have been using a month now and can't comment on if my mood is better (I think it is) but can definitely say it has improved my usual over-eating. This one is also great value for the quantity provided
