Bakol Jel Dessert - All Natural Vegan Dessert Mix - Kosher - Halal - No Artificial Sweeteners Flavors or Colors - Cherry Flavor (PACK OF 3)

This excellent jel dessert is a terrific replacement for traditional gelatin desserts. It does NOT contain animal-derived gelatin (aka boiled bones) - it is certified vegan, Kosher, and Halal.To the folks complaining about the taste, I have no idea what you're on about. I bought the Cherry and it was delicious. Of course I made it exactly according to the directions, perhaps that was the difference? I've added a second 3-pack of Cherry to this order. Also added the 6-pack which includes all the flavors. Plan to try them all to see what brings on the reviews/answered questions claiming it is vile. Betting the flavored ones are all delicious and I'll keep the unflavored/unsweetened one for a future time when I need something jelled.

Thank you for making this! I love jello but not al the dyes and junk in them. I usually make my own using plain gelatin. These have been life savers! I want something sweet but light. I make a few up a week. And they are gone before the week ends. Not by me but my family enjoys them too.

A WINNER! I made the cherry Bakol Jel Dessert and added chopped tart cherries. My friends who love the regular JELLO with animal products in it, couldn't tell the difference at all - and asked for seconds!Super yummy, great smooth texture, and works well in pictured mold (Bakerpan Silicone Fancy Dessert Mold, Jello and Mini Cakes, 3 Inch Mini Fluted Mold [Purple] Set of 8). It sets up quickly so be ready with the fruit and mold right away.

Not the best ever but good and no harming animals!

Absolutely vile! I wasted $9 bucks on crap I can’t even return.It doesn’t dissolve right, there was gelatinous chunks left over. The firms up to a weird pinkish thing that has no taste and a weird texture that reminds of like....liver or something.

So glad to have found this brand of jello, have had a craving for some time but didn't want to buy any of the brand names cuz of the dyes used. Love that this is all natural!!

This jel dessert is truly Kosher and vegan. If it matters to you, there’s a major brand that has the letter “K” on the package implying that it’s Kosher. Don’t be fooled, it’s not! This Bakol is, however, clear of any animal gelatin and the flavor is good.

Tastes good, etc., and apparently only natural food colors (which is why I bought this) and this is all great. Then I just read about carrageenan, and now I am not so sure that this is such a healthy product. There seems to be a lot of negative info about this ingredient out there, particularly as it concerns stomach issues. Sadly, I am now hesitant to buy this again.
