I’m using this glucose syrup for my cakes and it’s wonderful. This time it arrived well packed and not a single drop leaking. Easy to use and has a good texture.

The Caullet Glucose Syrup 2.2 lbs. was a good buy for me. It is hard for me to find glucose for baking in a reasonable quantity for my needs. The product was very good and consistent. I have no issues with the product at all. I am very glad I am able to acquire it on Amazon.It has good flavor. It can be used in all sorts of baking and for desserts like for ice cream as well as for jams and also for cooking where a syrup sweetener would perform better than granular sugar. It stores very well in the plastic tub. The lid is not that great once you open it. You may want to put the covered tub in a large zip-lock plastic bag or it a larger seal-able container to keep the air out.I recommend this glucose syrup. It works well, and the brand is a good brand for baking.

I used this to make white chocolate ganache, it makes my ganache smooth and soft. This is my 3rd bucket.

Arrived in good condition. The container is nice enough -- a pour spout would be really great but that's too much to ask for just one kilo.The product itself seems to be of high quality. I don't have a lab in which to test it but it's doing its job for me, adding chew and body to my baked goods. (Example? Try subbing it for 25 or 30 percent, by weight, of the white sugar next time you make chocolate chip cookies. Your cookies will wind up a bit chewier, and somehow mouthfeel will be just a bit smoother.)Price seems fair enough -- cheaper than the glucose available at local stores. Will definitely buy again.

This is the best product for the money I use a lot of this as I have trouble sleeping so I rub some glucose on my toes and it helps me go to bed faster I go through a lot of buckets fast so this is perfect for me great product I just wish it was a little bit more thicker because I want it to stay on my toes longer through the night but it slowly slides off for the cats to lick off my bed sheets. overall great product.
