No warranty?????
In contact Epson they told me this product doesn’t have warranty since is from china bought in amazon. I try to go trough Amazon customer service and no choice for help with the warranty…..

Great Printer, Amazing Price!
This is the same printer Oracle/Micros sells and uses in their POS systems. Buying from this seller you not only get it for nearly half the price, your’e not forced to buy the unnecessary crappy service contract that Oracle makes you get.Printer arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. Didn’t have to change network cards or do any configuring. Plug n play.

Perfect for Toast
I installed these as a second bar printer and kitchen printer. It is solid and works perfectly with the Toast POS system.

Like New - Covered in Grime and DoA
This was advertised as "Like New" but came covered in food debris and grime. When turned on the error light immediately lights up and the printer will not print or even feed paper. There is absolutely no way this was anything close to like new. This has created an inconvenience for my business that could easily been avoided had the seller bothered to check the items functionality and visual appearance even briefly. Very disappointed.

I tried it but couldn't connect to the machine. The instructions are very complicated and difficult to understand
