I don't think it's strong enough to do that.

Q: What conditioner do you use

I don't use any hair conditioner. My hair is fine and gets oily fast. I have scalp psoriasis and I actually bought the ginger shampoo to improve the hair volume and it does work. My hair is fuller and lathers and feels quite refreshing. I was using a dandruff shampoo that had a conditioner in it but it made my scalp scaly and itchy. Sorry I couldn't help you out, but I do love this shampoo.
