Kari Gran - Natural Essential SPF 30 Moisturizing Facial Sunscreen with Plant-Based Ingredients (1oz / 30ml)

It has taken me years of trial and error to find an SPF that doesn't irritate my dry, uber sensitive skin and doesn't try to be an all-in-one product. I love that this SPF is moisturizing and has so few ingredients. I apply it a little at a time in layers. It does just what it's supposed to. Protect my skin from the sun. Thank you Kari Gran.

Probably very natural but smelled like very old spoiled lotion and oily texture.

I'm sure this is product contains stellar ingredients and is housed in a dark amber glass bottle; product was also highly rated by EWG (1) but it didn't do that well on my skin. It smells like olive oil and made my face feel "moist." When I would clean my face with Cetaphil, it looked like my skin was peeling or something. I have a Clarisonic cleaner and it seemed like it was a chore to get the lotion off.

I love Kari Gran products but this smells like fish and the consistency is weird. I almost feel like my batch went bad. Terrible.

Contrary to the other reviewer I never found this to be pilling or difficult to remove at all. In fact I found it to be very moisturizing. The smell I find to be earthy-herbal. Though it does feel a bit tacky afterwards I find that after a while it does dissipate and throughout the day when it mixes with the natural oils in my face it gives me a certain glow that I really like. A little goes a long way with this so while it is expensive it will last me quite a while. Overall my skin loves it! Definitely a repurchase!

Moisturizing but also leaves a sort of matte finish. I personally like the nutty smell it has. I guess that’s just preference. Best sunscreen I’ve found that won’t break me out.

Do not purchase from this seller. Item arrived with an expiration date written on the box as 9/16/21, however the expiration date written on the bottom of the bottle of product itself says 3/15/21. I wouldn’t pay $50 for something that only lasts me 4 months. Currently the Kari Gran website is selling this for $40 on sale, offers free shipping and a free body oil with purchase. Will be returning ASAP and purchasing directly from the company.

I love how this goes on and disappears. Never a greasy feel Great sunscreen!
