Foot strength and stability is great for overall health and fitness but the real benefit was, it cured my chronic turf toe when nothing else did. These are super comfortable, well fitting, stretchy and easy to use! I bought one for myself, fianceee and various other family members. I am obsessed! Plus such a great deal! 100% worthy the money. I bought the black ones which is a great color and they are not too sticky but sticky enough to stay on your toes. Seriously amazing.

Love these!They are totally great. I am experiencing pain relief, movement and separation between the toes, and have been wearing them in my yoga practice and with my daily orthopedic toe-sliders / Birkenstocks.I am now able to meditate and "see" 👁️ out of the bottom of my toes, across the band of my feet, and have improved circulation there.They're helping me get into my targeted yoga/Pilates practice and to heal my knee pain, hip and back pain!I love these!! They're SO comfortable, squishy and satisfying feeling. Quality and not too heavy, a comfort and pleasure to wear.I find myself looking forward to putting them on, as it has become a pleasure and a relief. I love how they support me to consciously work through pain.I've gotten more mobility in my hips back, as I'm able to roll my feet like marching band and roll my ankles more, due to my toes not being cramped and stiff.Excellent results and I love that they are only $5. That was I can have a couple of pairs, one for my yoga bag and one for around the house.Really happy with these toe separators.

Get what you paid for. These were the cheapest toe spacers I could find. They are a little uncomfortable to get used to but a very good feeling to relax my toes. They broke but only after I used them weekly for a year or two.

These lasted about a week before they started to tear, but they do work and they are less intrusive, softer than other toe separators.

I want to send a huge shout out to Kusha from the Primal Step customer service team. When I reported having issues with my purchase breaking he sent me a replacement, and when those broke he sent me the next size up. Make sure you get the right size! I got the S/M originally, cause I really don't have the biggest feet. This was a mistake on my part, I should have gotten the large. The S/M is definitely thinner on the material and I am definitely using the product in a pretty heavy duty way.I walk (only walking, NOT running) several miles a day with them on to keep my toes in better alignment. The loop between the big toe and second toe broke on my first two pairs. With the size large pair I got from Kusha, they took a little bit to get used to, and they may still be just a tad too big, but I think they are okay and the thicker material seems to be tough enough for how I'm using them.For this price, you're getting a pretty darn good product. It should be made clear though that I don't think this product would be enough for someone with SEVERE issues with their toes/alignment/etc. Folks with those issues probably need something from a doctor. If you have fairly minor to medium issues, then this product will probably be great for you! It took me awhile to get used to them, but I feel as though my pain level is much better now than it was and I can walk for much longer. They fit perfectly under my socks and shoes, after a couple of weeks now I don't even notice them. I only realize that the pain is better when I think about it.Thanks Kusha and Primal Step!

I've always had slightly crooked toes and these toe separators are helping them return to their natural position. It's amazing how much better my feet feel now that my toes are properly spaced. My balance has gotten better too!

I’ve been using this product for about a month, and I am happy with its performance for the price point. It is made of a soft silicone, and I find it comfortable and have not had any warning signs regarding its durability. It does collect a little lint, but that’s only to be expected from the material. I have a very wide forefoot and I would prefer a slightly larger product to achieve more of a spread, but, again, I still find it effective and for this price point I am pleased.

First day I put these on my feet hurt after an hour, especially while walking around. This is expected - I liken the experience to those who get their teeth braces adjusted at the dentist, lots of discomfort at first but your body adjusts to it.So what I decided to do was to wear them as long as I could stand any discomfort that came about each day.I've been wearing them each day for over a week now and my feet no longer hurt. My next move is to wear them to bed.They are a soft and squishy silicone like material. Very comfortable.I wear these with wide toe box shoes but mostly wear them around the house.So far I like them, but it hasn’t been long enough to see results yet. It’s a long term commitment and has to be incorporated into daily routines.
