Truffle Mousse - 7oz - Pork-Free - The Set of 2 Terrines

I am so glad I found this product. When I ate it, I felt like I was back in Paris. I did not want to share it with anyone. I will order this again.

Patsy would flip out over this product. I could not believe how delicious this is (was)....A real treat for yourself or company.

This Mousse has a complex and rich "adult" flavor. It goes well with a bland cracker like a water wafer or stoned ground wheat crackers, or with thinly sliced and toasted pumpernickel bread. A little goes a long way. We have paired it with a tiny drop of aged balsamic vinegar, or thin slices of Vidalia onion. If you have never tried it, do eat the thin layer of gelatin on the top, and once opened, eat within about ten days.
