Nice gimbal for smartphones. Excellent compatibility with Galaxy S24. Smooth performance. Nice features within budget.It would be better if DJI launch a lite version of the Mimo app only for device settings and firmware update. Unable to shoot 1080p at 60fps using this app, only 30fps by default.

Initial feedback after few hours of usage in 2 days since purchase.Pro :***** Delivery + Packaging + Price *****1) Blazing fast 24 hour delivery by Amazon.2) Very good packing by Amazon in addition to top class packing by DJI. Box did not had outer signs of mishandling/ dents / scratches etc3) Got it in Rs. 7999/- under ongoing Republic Day Sale offer (Jan 18, 2022). This is almost 500-2000 lesser than price shown on various online websites and offline stores.***** Product : DJI OM 4 SE - Light Grey color *****1) Box contained all items as mentioned on Amazon product description or even DJI website ie Gimbal + Tripod stand + Magnetic Clamp + Optional thickness pad for fitment of very slim/small phones in magnetic clamp + USB-C cable for charging + Pouch for storage + Manuals/ Product spec booklets..2) I was bit nervous as i use OnePlus 6 mobile which is not part of standard list of compatible mobile devices shown on DJI website or product literature. So, iwas not sure, if this purchase will work for me or not. Nevertheless, i downloaded DJI MIMO app (from DJI website) and i must say the app installation (325 MB) was errorfree & fast. The app instantly registered the DJI OM 4SE device and also configured perfectly with One Plus 6 (a big sigh of relief....).3) Magnetic clamp is super strong and you can very easily trust this gimbal for safety of your phone in most shooting scenarios including fast paced movement (unless one experiences a heavy jerk like falling down or crude jump on speedbreaker etc).4) Phone balacing went of smoothly (thanks to magnetic clamp bonding with gimbal) and axis motors are working nicely. No nasty surprises there.5) Sturdy build quality, user friendly/ intuitive placement of various buttons and not very heavy to hold. New users can easily master controls with few hours of tinkering & practice.6) Tons of videos available on youtube (both DJI developed content and 3rd party tutorials) to learn and master immense capabilities offered by the device.7) DJI.com website offers live customer service chat option. I asked if OM 4SE is compatible with OnePlus 6. Agent quickly responded but gave standard reply saying OnePlus 6 is not part of compatible mobile device list. DJIindiashop.com website offers no live chat option and one can only submit a online request.Cons (Improvement areas) :1) Slightly costlier product (should be costing around 6000-6500 now that OM 5 is already out).2) No choices available for purchasing experience enhancing accessories like LED light (offered by competitors), extension rods (2-4 feets) or combo option like gimbal + LED light + Extesion rod.3) For long term product storage there is no hard case. I personally feel that gimbal is more safer in hard case instead of pouch.Long term usage feedback to follow after few weeks of usage.........

Best quality and worth product

The media could not be loaded. Worst ever product from Amazon in a while. Already used product sent, just the external box is added with new seal but on the inside its already unpacked. scratches in the parts and Gimball doesnt work at all. Im returning the product because of this worst experience.

I used this with a Samsung Galaxy A34 (weight was 238 gms, i.e. heavy payload) using which I noticed that the magnetic section got heated up pretty quickly (in 5 minutes or so) which is extremely risky. This was because of the weight of the phone, so if you're using phones below 200gm, then fine, else better go with other models/brands.The second issue is that for proper balancing and stability, you should place the holder strips at the center of the phone, else the device keeps giving the error "Device not stable, please reset etc.". The problem here is that my phone had the power ON button almost at the center and would constantly get pressed on using the gimbal, which is why I had to return the device.The recorded videos were smooth without any shaky effect. So if the above two points do not apply to you, buy this without a doubt.Post this gimbal, I also got the Zhiyun Smooth 5S which cost 6k more than this, but I had to return that as well, due to two reasons.1. Extremely heavy if you use it with a single hand.2. Recorded videos had the shaky effect which is not acceptable if you're paying 16k for a product. DJI was much better in this sense.For DJI, another point to note is that *there are no service centers currently in India*. This is the response from their website:"There are no DJI service centers in your current country/region. Please choose a service center nearby."UPDATE: I contacted the DJI customer care and they informed me that they have service partners in India, so if a product needs to be serviced, it'll have to be couriered to them, so it's still better than having no service. I've read reviews of people getting their product serviced and the experience is not bad.
