Hurray, hurray! It's here at last. I confess to some disappointment that a book I had hoped to receive in January only arrived today but everything comes to those who wait. This is a great story. The book arrived in good condition. I love this adventurous and romantic tale. It is fierce, it is thrilling, it leads the reader through a different reality and it is deeply psychological as its main theme is the battle between a man almost too good to live; and a dominant leader who is too egocentric to care. Do we pause sometimes to consider the true nature of strength and enlightenment. We surely do because it is that kind of book. I am so delighted to have it here at last and 'thank you, Amazon' for delivering it on the snowiest day of the winter. That is real devotion.

I really enjoy the story and the characters growth. The romance is a slow burn which suits the characters personality. Definitely recommend you will end up changing your mind about the ml you will come to like him.

Absolutely adored it. Cant wait for the next volumes. We need more danmei books published!

It started quite slow tbh, but once you wrap your head around all the names and countries it gets quite interesting.
