The media could not be loaded. I was hesitant to buy this based on the reviews, and I'm so glad I made the purchase! This product performs great at printing labels and ribbons. I wanted the flexibility to use it for crafting, and the results are professional. The printed labels are solvent resistant and stick to every surface I tried. Labels are also not impacted by refrigeration or freezer temps. I use it for organization including cord management, filing, and labeling personal items I have at the office. This is worth every penny spent! I believe many poor ratings are because the machine is marketed as a ribbon machine so it only comes with the ribbon tape in the box. Know that you will need to purchase the TZ tapes separately to print labels when you receive it. I also purchased the AC adapter separately because I don't like wasting money on batteries, but keep in mind, that it is not part of the initial purchase.

I have always wanted a label maker, but I thought it would be a plain one that only printed alpha-numeric characters in black on a white surface. I didn't even realize there was another option! This little guy prints on tape, it prints on ribbon, and I've heard a rumor that it prints on washi tape, too! The ribbons and tape come in a slew of colors and patterns. The embellish itself has a bunch of fonts, printing sizes, icons (pictograms), frames, and even the option to print up words in bold or with shading, etc. It comes with one cartridge on white satin ribbon. It requires 6 AAA batteries, or an AC adapter which is sold separately. (psst, there's an option to print two lines in smaller size print, which I've been using to print address labels. Once you have a design that you want to keep using, you can save it as a file for quick access!)

For 3 years I've been looking for a way to label the blankets my non-profit makes. I was so excited when I found this ribbon printer! And it's absolutely perfect for our needs! Easy to use. Prints clearly. So great!

I've now had this one a few years. But I still love it. I only gave it 4 stars because I feel like for the price it should come with a cord. Just my thoughts. I got this one because it will print ribbons. It does a nice job. Has lots of extras you can print like frames and pics.

Easy to use. YouTube tutorials helped with learning how to use “chain print” in order to eliminate wasted tape. Made a big difference.

I bought this on a whim - I got some of the ribbons on clearance at Michael’s. It is so cool. I’m amazed by how well it works. I’m glad I bought this 😊 I did have trouble getting the batteries in and closing the bottom all the way at first it’s a tight fit but it worked out fine.

So far I’m pretty much satisfied with the Brother P-touch embellish machine. I haven’t done much yet, I didn’t even had a chance to print on ribbon. I just played a little with the tape I had to order separate. What I really like you, is you have so much options front, frames, symbols, size, etc. you can choose between many many languages and you are even able to write and print in a different language which might have accents ( example ä, à, œ, ö, ß etc). Easy to use
