For as long as I can remember, the ability to swallow pills has been my down-fall! My poor Mom would spend a half hour trying to get me to take an Aspirin. Throw your head way back while raising your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Now open and let me see. The water was gone, but the slightly smaller Aspirin was sitting there right where she'd put it. That would continue until I drank a half gallon of water and the Aspirin had dissolved into undetectable. Then about 10 years ago I took my first Softgel. Holy Mackerel! The sky cleared, Angels sang and Vitamin-D went down! So for me, Ubiquinol CoQ10 is ideal!

Be sure to read the serving size on the back label. You have to take 2 to get 600 mg. That said, they are easy to take and not overly priced for 300mg.60 pills are 30 day supply! Do you think this is misleading? I mean why not say 900mg land set the seving size 3 pills!

DO REALIZE THAT EACH SOFTGEL IS NOT 600MG, THEY'RE ONLY 300MG EACH! It directs you to take 2 softgels per day to EQUAL 600mg. Hence why there's 60 in each bottle. Otherwise, these are small & easy to swallow. I honestly haven't noticed any changes but I take them religiously.
