I originally purchased this product as a diet aid. I quickly realized the digestive properties of this product was something my body desperately needed when I slopped taking it for a few weeks and i started belching again and getting gas. As soon as I started taking the product again my digestion was greatly improved. The ingredients greatly improve my digestion. I have IBS but i don't have any problems if I take 2 of these in the morning on an empty stomach.

Works well as a cleanser but I do not like the after taste and something there does not digest very well. I feel it in my stomach for hours after I take it. Maybe because I take it together with other supplements...

It's been two weeks I have been using trim support, I have not seen any change in weight scale but my bowels have been more regular than before.

I am so glad this came in time for the holidays!! I feel lighter and less "bloated" when I take one daily. Gives a subtle energy/metabolism boost. Not a miracle diet pill (there is none folks) but its a nice, gentle support to healthy eating and exercise. I always lose an extra few pounds and "bloat" when I take these.

I began using this product at the suggestion of a friend who knows aryuvedic practices. She recommended using this in combination with triphala guggalu. Boy, I wish I had started sooner with these in my weight loss journey! I truly believe they helped me shed the last 25 lbs, and I feel great!

After taking it for two days I had an allergic reaction to it and had to discard all the remaining pills. There is such a large combination of herbs and supplements in this pill that I do not even know which item caused my problem. I will lnever be buying this product again and can not recommend it because the allergy effect was very subtle and I do not feel everyone would be aware of the problem......at least not for a long while. If you do try it, be very aware of every thing that your body is trying to tell you...no matter how diffuse it is.
