These are a great buy! I was looking forever for something bigger than the typical “altoid” tin. Also the height was important to me I didn’t want something super deep! It makes painting a pain when it should be enjoyable. (I show in photos the difference of sizes/height/comparisons.They are obviously able to be used with magnets. The lid is hinged (connected) and closes and opens easily but not too easily! Doesn’t take up too much space. The palettes stack nicely. I can fit well over 50 QUARTER pans in these palettes (as seen in the W&N pro palette).You get 4 out cases for the price of 1! If you sell or collect watercolors - these are wonderful.I love to buy tubes of paint & fill quarter pans and have my ready made set! Paint just goes so much further that way - less waste. For half pans you can fit about 42 half pans; (estimate from pic before last photoand note the pans I have are bigger because of how the racks are made).To put it short: These are just perfect for when you don’t wanna half to pour and wait for paint to cure and you can spray with a mister to reactivate paints. Ordered these for watercolor paint storage. Love them, they work perfectly for what I needed. The lids seal well when closed but it’s also easy to leave cracked for the paints to fully dry.

I bought these to house my overflow of Caran dAche NeoColor ii crayons. I buy one or two new colors every time I order new art supplies and they won't fit in the original tin. These tins were the perfect size for 19 crayons (just a little too small to fit 20). Slightly too deep but a small piece of foam fixes that and I have a second tin waiting for the next purchase.

They were bice tin boxes, but ended up too small for my purpises.

I got a 4 pack. I am using these tins for paint storage. I absolutely love them. Great quality, sturdy and functions well, looks sleek and is an excellent price for 4 of these!

Relatively well-made, a bit short for a pencil though, would probably work for random small things though.

I’ve been seeing so many travel magnet kits for kids so I made my own and these are the perfect size! They’re magnetic and hold the amount from each box perfectly. Easy and slim to slip in a bag for travel, restaurants and any outings with a toddler.
