I bought this Vanmass Car Phone Holder and was impressed with the very speedy delivery from Amazon. The Vanmass packaging is top quality and the installation instructions are clear. When I opened the contents, the first thing I noticed was the weight and good quality of the hardware. It all seemed really solid and well-made. Once I got familiar with the assembly, I liked the adjustability of the linked components. The holder plate is adjustable in all directions with a ball joint that can be tightened with a knurled wheel, once the ideal orientation is found. The clamp itself opens nice and wide, with a smooth, damped action on pressing the easily-reached release button.The arm has two adjustable joints that are tightened up by means of wing-nuts. One joint pivots, the other slides telescopically. Again, the feeling is one of solidity. Since the main arm is telescopic – it is possible to alter the reach of the phone nearer to, or further away from, the driver. This I think is very convenient. The telescoping action is tightly secured with the wing-nut.The entire kit, as supplied, offers three methods of attachment to the car. The first is via a gripping component that attaches to the grille vent on the face of the dashboard. This looks like an upgraded version and has a ball connector for direct connection to the phone-holding plate. This clamp can be tightened up, again with a wing-nut, onto a vent grille chosen to suit the driver.The second method is by an angled sucker gripping directly onto the inside of the windscreen. This looks very well-designed and suction is achieved by operating a lever on the body of the suction housing. The sucker dome is itself very adherent to the glass. This is where the telescopic arm of the device really comes into its own. Of necessity, it can be quite a reach from the internal surface of the glass to a point above the dashboard to where the driver’s fingers can actually make contact with the phone. The generous extending arm makes this feasible and more comfortable. It’s a good idea to arrange the installation so that a part of the arm is resting on the dash edge – to increase vertical stability even further. But, this is certainly not essential due to the general weight and quality of the Vanmass product.The final method of attachment is on the top surface of the dash itself. For this, Vanmass supply a self-attaching pad, onto which the suction pad is then applied. This needs the dash top to be fairly flat and smooth. Again, it depends on the car design, but also allowing a part of the arm to rest on the dash edge would be useful for stability – but not vital.All-in-all, a nice product of obvious high quality and it’s great to have such a wide choice of different installation methods. I’ve also found Vanmass customer service in the past to be excellent. Well done Vanmass.

So far so good. Had it for a week or so and no issues. Nice and sturdy and fits well with my Samsung A26 phone. What I like about it is that you can have it at multiple ways and angles eg air vent. Easy to set up as well.

Excellent, sticks like glue to the windscreen but with a tab that makes it easy to take off if you have to clean the windscreen. It's fully adjustable with squeeze side grips and a button on the back for quick removal. I would imagine that it will hold most modern phones, it certainly holds my Samsung A16 with no accidental falling out. It also looks good when no phone is fitted as it has a carbon fibre look to the front panel. I can't really complain about anything so give it 5 stars. My only observation is that it could come with a stick down pad so that it would fit on dashboards that are not completely smooth. As many modern cars have rippley non reflective dashboards. Excellent 5*

The suction onto glass is amazing. Main 3 positions stay in place, although the actual phone in the holder moves a little, maybe the size of my phone is between the ratcheded system. I had to move the mount for better field of vision and it was even hard to get off the window (which is good), highly recommended

This is a great phone holder especially if you have a larger phone with case like the s24 ultra!!It sticks really well to your windscreen and dash but haven't tried the vent clip.Its quite durable and they have updated the design to be more durable from the previous version

Great quality and easy to assemble. This phone holder grips the phone well, is easy to rotate between portrait and landscape format. However, I have yet to test it as I purchased it to use in a hire car abroad.
