Removes silicon more or less on first application.
Excellent product. Bit more expensive than other products but well worth the extra and goes further than one anticipates. Used to remove silicon off various places in bathroom following a refit.

Works well IF you've put in the effort beforehand!
This works really well as long as you spend time getting the majority of the sealant off beforehand using a scraper or blade. Once you've done this it is great for removing any residue. Note there isn't much of the stuff - there was enough to do two sides of my shower tray with a bit left over. I reckon there's enough to go down a short and long edge of a bath.I'm giving 4 stars because they don't make it obvious that you'll need to do a lot of work scraping before you can use this effectively.

Excellent product.
A must-have for any sealant job! I was dreading the tedious task of removing old, stubborn silicone, but this product made it incredibly easy. The gel formula softened the hardened sealant in about 3 hours, allowing me to scrape it away cleanly without any fuss or damage to my tiles. It saved me so much time and effort, leaving a perfectly prepped surface for the new sealant. Highly recommend!

Not easy to apply
It wasn't easy to apply. It comes out as a jelly which just moves around instead of sitting on top of the sealant. A thick paint would be easier to apply. It probably did help remove sealant but brute force did most of the job.

Easy, efficient and great value for money.
I was having a helluva job trying to remove some very old sealant from my raised patterned bathroom tiles. After having a new shower door fitted; the new door was quite a bit thinner than the old door, leaving the old sealant clearly visible on the tiles inside my shower cubicle. I decided to search for a Silicone Sealant Remover and found this Unibond one, with excellent reviews, and I’m so glad I did! This clear gel smells of strong bleach, but was very easy to apply and, as the sealant was so old, I decided to leave it on overnight. The following morning, the gel had expanded and solidified over the sealant, so I put on some disposable gloves and gently scraped off the gel, then wiped the tiles over thoroughly with a warm wet cloth and ‘hey presto’ they were like new again. Best and easiest product to use and remove and also great value for money. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Does what it says on the tin... Tube.
I didn't take pics of before or after, like a doofus. I was so excited it worked so well I wanted to slap on the new silicone ASAP.But this stuff did exactly what it said on the tube, I slathered it all over the silicone I had applied a few days before, which looked like I had applied it with my face.Left it for a few hours, and the simply wiped it away, low and behold - no more wonky silicone! Ready for me to re apply, this time not with my face. So, need to hide your shameful lazy attempt at finished your sink sealing? this is the stuff!
