The only one you wear Chanel lipstick for."I had stopped reading “contemporary romance” or just “romance” for a while, but as soon as I read the blurb of this book, I knew I was going to enjoy every bit of it.The book is from dual POV, and follows the story of Wren Beaumont and Crew Lancaster, students at Lancaster Prep Boarding School.Wren, is beautiful, sweet and innocent and she is not a fan of Crew Lancaster.Crew, is the school’s bad boy; rich, handsome, and is obsessed with her.At first, I did not like Wren. Why? Because I found her too naive and a prude. But did it stop me from reading the book? Definitely, no, because as the story went on, she started becoming a whole different person, became a little bold in her choices.That’s what I call character development, because if someone is perfect from the beginning, it just bothers me a lot, because in reality we all have faults.But, the reason I love this book a lot more is because of Crew Lancaster. That man was supposed to be a bad boy, but he was nothing but patient and respectful towards Wren. Understood her. Bought her favourite art pieces, for her. Tbh, I was not expecting him to be this good and was almost ready to see him freaking out and destroying his relationship with Wren, but it did not happen!One of the things I loved about this book- there was no weird, big conflict or misunderstanding that we always have to read in contemporary romance books and I can’t begin to explain how happy it made me! And most of all it wrapped up so beautifully.This book was perfect for me, because sometimes you just need to read teenage angsty romance, full of self-involved kids, super steamy romance, and a boy who definitely makes his way to your fictional boyfriend list.

This is the best high school book I could ever read in my life. This book feeds my delusions way too nicely, also it is my best timepass.

Wooww!! This book is amazing I literally demolished it in a day! I am completely obsessed with both crew and wren and their relationship which is so consuming as a reader. The family relationship through the book is spectacular as you don’t know who you are to like and who you don’t like, especially in the beginning. The spicy was all very spicy which I love in a book but it also wasn’t too much were you like I just want plot not just spice which I think Monica Murphy does really well with. Monica Murphy is one of the best authors I have read and the Lancaster prep series is absolutely phenomenal. Definitely recommend reading it all! <3
