Q: would this be OK to stick my satellite dish to the top of my motor-home without screws?

It's a good product but I would not trust it for that, use it along with the screws, just to be on the safe side. Is there not a plate with the dish that you could fix on permanently so that you could easily remove the dish?

Probably would, but I would try concrete first of all to fill the gaps, it would look better.
