You have to Google how to use it but aside from that it's great.
For anyone curious add 0.9g to 100ml of water or pH neutral liquids. Bump it up to 1.3g per 100ml if you are trying to set acidic liquids like fruit juice. You should mix it with boiling water for around 10min which seems long but it can prevent a grainy texture.Agar is pretty great. It's a flavourless, additive less plant based gelatine. It can set things that standard gelatine can't. If you make agar jelly you can put pineapple in it no problem.I used mine to make gel fish food so I didn't personally taste any of it. With the small amount needed it lasts a good while.It would be nice if they actually included any of the instructions mind.

Reasonably priced natural little health benefit!
During some 'none processed/refined sugar' research I happened upon this natural/healthy little benefit and thought I would give it a try. The price was not too high and delivery was fast. I have since been making all natural healthy fruit jellies, free of unhealthy additives! I would have given this 5 stars except for the fact that there are no cooking instructions on the bag, luckily the power of Google had the answers. Agar is well worth the price and as you don't need to use slot, this bag should last quite a while and I shall definitely be ordering more in the near future.

Does the job.
Great for making vegan cheeses. I love it and if orepared correctly , it does not have any taste in the cheese. You add it to boiling water in a pan, allow to melt and boil for seconds and mix into your cheese mixture ie cashew cream , then add to a bowl and allow to cool in the fridge for a few hours til it sets.

works perfectly fine! i'm very happy with this product, I noticed some negative reviews, maybe they are not using it correctly, it would help if it came with some instructions. I prepare the agar agar separately in a saucepan, I boil it and stir it until it looks like a gel, and then I pour it into the mix. I've used it 5 times so far, I made vegan cheese and I have no complaints.Thanks!

Makes good vegetarian jelly
Just tried this out. It makes great vegetarian jelly especially with the stevia crystals and fruit tea, so no carbs. After this evening's huge pudding of jelly,chocolate mousse and chant illy cream. I can see I will need to ration this out! There was no info on the package of how much to use but I found a recipe online and just used half a teaspoon to one mug of water.
