Tescoma Presto 24 cm Frying Pan with 4 Dimples

Nothing to dislike. Had tried the egg rings before which you place in a frying pan but they were useless. not easy to pick up when extremely hot. Also despite brushing the rings with oil the egg invariably stuck to the rings and was a nightmare to remove. This frying pan with dimples is simple, works well and is easy to clean.Would make one recommendation to make it even better. It needs a shallow glass cover lid made to size so the top of the eggs cook evenly.

This pan is ideal for frying eggs or making pancakes. I've done both to a satisfying degree.It holds the heat well as it fits into my gas ring. I've tried siliconEgg rings and found that they leak.This pan makes a tidy Egg every time. It would be better if it had a lid.

Bought this in the hope that it would work on my induction hub after reading some of the comments but sadly it does not work.

Love it...great for eggs, burgers, pancakes can even do small cakes.

THIS IS NOT INDUCTION HOB COMPATIBLE AS THE Q&A responses suggest. Wasted my money because it costs me ridiculous amount to return the item. I suggest you remove the answer that says this item can be used on Induction hobs.

Love this pan. Individual minI pancakes and fried eggs, how good is that?

The pan is made of light material.Due to the uneven bottom of the pan, it is placed directly on the fire on a standard gas stove and not above the fire. So this is very dangerous. (see picture 1)As described in many other reviews, the bottom flakes off very quickly. I even received the pan in this condition and therefore returned it. (see picture 4)

Introduzione:Mi serviva assolutamente una soluzione per fare dei pancake perfetti soprattutto nella forma, in maniera rapida e precisa allo stesso tempo, per questo motivo ho iniziato a cercare un'alternativa alle normali padelle, e ho trovato questa, antiaderente e con le forme circolari scavate appositamente per fare i pancake.I risultati sono stati eccellenti fin da subito, lo strato antiaderente è di qualità perchè non rimane attaccato niente, io la utilizzo con fuoco basso e una volta capito il momento giusto è diventato facilissimo anche girare i pancake.Si tratta di una necessità più che altro estetica, se vi piace fare i pancake dalla forma perfetta e non riuscite bene con le normali padelle, prendete questa e non ve ne pentirete.Ho letto alcune recensioni negative, sul fatto che la padella sotto non è piatta ma ha le "sporgenze" delle forme dei 4 cerchi, e che quindi va "incastrata" sui fornelli, io invece ho trovato questo aspetto comodissimo; ho letto anche di deformazioni strane, sinceramente non so come sia stato possibile perchè io la uso con frequenza da parecchio tempo senza il minimo problema, chiaro che forse non va dimenticata sui fornelli con il fuoco al massimo...(ps. le foto della recensione sono state scattate dopo 1 anno di utilizzo quasi quotidiano)Pro:+ Rivestimento antiaderente di qualità che funziona benissimo;+ Diametro complessivo di 24 cm con 4 forme a cerchio di diametro 9 cm;+ Si incastra perfettamente sui fornelli e non si muove da lì;+ Pancake perfetti con grande facilità.Contro:- Nulla da segnalare al momento.Cose che avrei voluto sapere prima di acquistare:Volevo sapere se andava bene anche per l'induzione e nella descrizione ho trovato la risposta "Non compatibile con piani ad induzione, adatto per piani cottura elettrico a gas e in vetroceramica"; altra cosa che volevo sapere erano le varie dimensioni e si trovano sempre in descrizione, sono quelle che ho riportato prima.Infine volevo capire se era davvero antiaderente come dichiarato, e questo ve lo confermo io, è antiaderente.Conclusioni:In giro a prezzi contenuti non ho visto molti altri articoli come questo, anzi praticamente nessuno, quindi posso soltanto dire che se vi fa piacere fare i pancake con forma perfetta senza troppo impegno, questa padella è da prendere, sotto i 20 euro per me è best-buy.
