Easy to assemble and works as expected
Karcher K1700 pressure washer: Assembly is very easy -- wheels and handle. If you just use the supplied hose then screw it on to the outlet and onto the spray nozzle. Screw the garden hose adapter on and screw a garden hose on. Plug it in and it should work, mine did.I bought a Karcher because a review by Pan the Organizer who said his Karcher K5 lasted 10 years and still works but it was time to get a new pressure washer. As I recall he thought Karcher had a superior pump. I watched a couple reviews of the K-1700 as well. So, as I had no idea and the K-1700 seemed what I was looking for, I bought it. I have light work -- a small cement patio, some siding and vehicles. Note that the high-pressure fittings are M22-14 not M22-15 as many electric pressure washers use so I ended up ordering another set. I knew the foam cannon used M22-14 when I bought it. I didn't see any reference to the fittings in the Karcher manual or brochure. I did see that some Karcher products fit the K2 or K5 but not the K-1700 but was left to assume why. I guess Karcher wants us to buy their brand.I added some quick disconnect fittings. I had a leak on the appliance end of the pressure hose. It seemed the o-ring on the hose is too large and was pushed down when I inserted/screwed the quick disconnect on. I took an o-ring off another fitting and the same thing happened. I then added a garden hose washer to the supplied pressure hose fitting after cutting it down so it fit and replaced the o-ring with a piece of Teflon packing "string" which fit into the o-ring groove perfectly. I used silicon grease to get it to stay put. No leaks. I was testing with a car wash foam cannon which worked very well and produced a persistent snow foam coating. The pressure hose went onto the pressure washer without any leaks. The garden hose adapter leaked some, but I didn't tighten with a wrench which I'll do next time.I ordered another quick connect set for the high pressure fitting on the K-1700 and a couple different sets of o-rings to have on-hand.The electric cord wraps nicely on the supplied handle arms.CONS:1. Nozzle storage is limited to two regular nozzles and one hybrid rotating type nozzle (as supplied). So, I don't have a place to put other nozzles except in a bag in the storage box.2. No built-in good way to keep the supplied pressure hose coiled neatly on the unit. The hose is a little stiff and making it fit in the storage box may not work well or conveniently and being slick plastic will likely push out.I added a piece of PVC pipe that went through the handle and that keeps the pressure hose coiled up around the handle and the storage bin. I'll fit it with some closed cell foam to keep it in place as I want to be able to remove it.My initial impression is that I think the supplied hose will work for me but time will tell if a longer, more flexible hose will be needed. The K1700 seems like a good unit overall particularly for the price. I cannot see paying lots for something I don't expect to use that often.Winter storage: per the manual, be sure to run it out of water. It seems that water runs out when I tilt it to the inlet fitting but the manual said to run it until just out of water. I think I can handle that.

Plug and play.
Got the 1700. Was a good price and it works as stated. Great for cleaning patio and cars. I purchased this brand based on the stars and years of business. Really quick set up, maybe 5 minutes. They have cleaners available for various uses, I got the car wash, it says it will do 20 washes per gallon. There is no measurement on the bottle or instruction. I filled the container about 3/4 full and did 2 cars. One other item of concern is the oil. I don't see anywhere on the machine nor in the instructions where to fill it or check its levels??? I do like that it has a gfci plug and has a place to wrap the cord. The hose is stiff and hard to place in the bucket area. Overall happy with purchase.

Solid Pressure Washer with a Few Quirks
This is a solid pressure washer overall. It has plenty of power for cleaning driveways, decks, and even siding, and the four quick-connect nozzles make it pretty versatile. Setup was straightforward, and the build feels decent for the price. That said, the hose can be a little stiff and awkward to manage, and the wand holder isn’t the most secure. It’s not a pro-level unit, but for home use, it gets the job done without much fuss. Good value if you just need a reliable washer for around-the-house tasks.

Excellent Functionality, Durable
I have used this product now extensively, specifically the lowest 1700 PSI model. I used it to clean my decks and back porch, mold and moss, dirt and grime from 10 years. It tackled it all well.I have never owned a pressure washer before, and was frankly amazed at what it can do, especially the turbo wash head.It stands up to hours of use, both sessions so far were more than two hours each. It has a little trouble if the water source is cut out, or the hose kinks, but that’s to be expected.

Wonderful machine
Been using this for 6 months now and it works great. Light enough to move around easily, not too terribly noise as it runs only when you are spraying. The it powers up fast when you first start spraying so there is no lag in pressure. The pressure and gpm are real numbers not the usual over inflated hype ones. The hose is stiff and awkward to use, best to get a longer better brand hose and add a set of quick connects. Once I did that it is a dream to use. When putting on the garden hose connector, the black portion goes out way from the machine.

So far, so good.
So far so good. I appreciate that I don't need to worry about adding gas, changing spark plugs and cleaning a carburetor with this thing. Honestly, that is why I bought this. I have a gas powered pressure washer and it's fine. But having to clean the carb this year was a hassle that I didn't want to deal with. So, I purchased this one to see if there was a difference. I've used it three times already to wash some patio furniture and clean my cars. It works flawlessly. I like that I don't have to pull a cord to get it started. Just plug it in and step on the pedal. Very easy to use and it's incredibly quiet during operation as well. Like I said, so far so good. We'll see how long it lasts, which is my only real concern.

It’s okay depending on what you need it for
This is a case of you get what you pay for this is a cheap pressure washer which is good depending on what you need it for. It’s very light and pretty compact. It’s very easy to use but the problem is the power it doesn’t have good power even for something simple like washing the car. If you live in a high dusty area I don’t recommend this as it seems the pressure doesn’t do so well. I don’t think it would be bad if you need it for simple things that is just getting a clean surface but for something that may have thicker dirt or dust this isn’t the one
