Q: How does this taste like if compared to Kraft or Calve mayo?

At first it may seem a bit "saltier" but it isn't really. It tastes more like a home made mayonnaise. When you taste Kewpie and then taste Kraft or Calve, you notice how very sweet the European brands are. I much prefer Kewpie; it keeps longer, too.

Q: Expiration date. i've received them on 04 apr 2018. the best before date: 1.12.2018. how should i read it? day-month-year or month-day-year?

So, read as 1st Dec 2018. Have never received short dated on these, just to reassure you :) hope you enjoy

Q: Is this product gluten free or not? There is no gluten-containing grain in the ingredients, and yet the manufacturer claims it contains gluten.
